[sudo-discuss] calling a sudo board meeting

As a somewhat-estranged member, I've been looking for a way to be more
involved with sudo room. If you need an additional board member to make the
count odd, I'd be happy to volunteer.

I've served on non-profit boards in the past and am reasonably well-versed
in the technicalities.
