[sudo-discuss] lighting options

CCL still has two functioning bulbs. sudo now has 0.

But we do have a neon "NAILS" sign.

That has to count for something.

Due to the complete lack of overhead lighting, I'd tend towards something
we can get our hands on quickly. Fry's sells bulbs, but Fremont. There are
a few Lowe's about...
