As a warning, unless you're working on a project regarding 
race/sex/gender, then I wouldn't discuss it here. In other activist 
spaces, these discussions were used as a tool (by groups unknown to me) 
to label the space as racist or sexist. If you're using any physical 
characteristics to describe something negative about a person, then I'm 
going to take offense to it. If you have a problem with something, use 
the name of that person specifically for that particular instance. 
Otherwise, you're using labels with no purpose except to associate 
negative ideas about a race, sex, or gender.
