refrigeration is also very helpful during forced carbonation...

+1 on getting some sudo corny kegs as it would also help subiir by obviating the need to sanitize bottles. also corny kegs are much, much easier to clean than sankey kegs. i'm trying to get a CO2 tank right now but it will probably wind up living in a metalshop somewhere...

keep your peepers peeled for cheap kegs people!

I love this idea, though the business end may be a little tough.

FWIW I am not a Sudo Roomer, just a fan -- but am an experienced
homebrewer and beverage maker and would happily coach/offer
assistance to anyone undertaking this. Feel free to email me
    directly!

    * Selling beverages in America is a PITA. I believe you need to use
certified food prep space, etc. Giving away beverages and accepting
donations however is not technically selling anything. ;-)

    * Used soda kegs are a great food safe stainless steel option for
    brewing things and dispensing them:

    * If using such kegs a CO2 tank/regulator is indicated. Worth the
$100 investment as you can now carbonate anything (SudoSeltzer,
SudoSoda, whatever) at a fraction of the cost of a soda stream, plus
can store stuff in sterile CO2 instead of that lousy air stuff.

    * Flip top ("Grolsch") bottles are awesome for small scale
    production.

    * Consider lacto-fermenting for carbonation to add probiotic magic
    to the clubby awesomeness:

    * Regardless refrigeration is helpful. You will never get truly
sterile, just sanitary, storage and anything with lots of sugar will
ferment. It is what nature does with sugar. Then you get sulfur-y,
    boozy mate...

popular amongst European Hackers. I thought about importing it,
but that would imply $3/bottle[2], which would leave us with slim
profit margins. Let's try and make 10% of sudoroom's budget
      through profits.
