[Mesh] Meeting Minutes 2/21

Hi, we discussed changing the meetup day from thursday to wednesday.
Any objections? I'd say let's do it starting this week.
we can shoot for 8:30pm wednesday - though likely delayed by sudoroom
meeting end time.
