[sudo-discuss] Moved microwave, toasters back upstairs

Yes, the main thing everyone is not to plug anything in to the outlets in
the kitchen that are on EITHER SIDE of the blanketed-off 'counter' between
the kitchenette and the disco room. IE, the outlets just to the right of
kitchen door, DO NOT use.

Whereas it IS ok to plug stuff in to the kitchen outlets in line with the
stove, sink etc above there.
