[sudo-discuss] Proposal: No Sidewalk Boozin'

At the risk of backseat hackerspacing, do people do this because there isn't a 
rule against it or because the culture of the omni permits it? Last I visited 
I remember a number of signs by the front door warning against this sort of 
thing, but it just wasn't in everyone's mind to hold true to that.
