[sudo-discuss] lighting options

I received the lights linked below, and they were only 5.5 watts instead 
of "16-20 watts" so i opened a dispute and asked for 66% of my our money 
back.

Anyway, we now have eight highly directional LED lights, four warm and 
four cold, 5.5 watts each.
