[sudo-discuss] [omni-finance] Proposal: Request for sudo room financial alleviation

I am in favor of this but we should figure out what portion of the internet
bill Sudo would be responsible for (ie: let's split up the cost for the
internet, - part of that cost would be paid by Sudo).

I can propose to finance that the remainder be a credit that can be applied
to Sudo's bills (the other collectives to divide the amount of that credit).
