- I agree with Hol that lights need to be motion-sensitive and on timers.
We should talk to Jonny the electrician about fitting that into the cafe at
least, since we will be working on that lighting anyway soon.

- There is a safe space issue around lights that make motion-sensitive
lights important. I am worried about having a giant empty ballroom or
basement that is just totally dark with people there. I feel like e.g. if
the ballroom is dark, it should be locked up or something.

- We should also put dimmers in for all lights that can be dimmed - e.g.,
the ballroom.

- I think the exhaust fans probably draw a lot of power and these are left
on like, forever. They didn't do very much as I've said, because there's no
adequate makeup air - though now the ballroom windows are open, so there's
that, but that won't circulate air from Sudo..
