[sudo-discuss] [omnilogistics] PG&E and questions about power (electrical!).

I suspect that lights aren't so much the culprit but rather high
current-draw devices such stoves/ovens.  The toaster oven seems to be on a
lot to re-warm pizza and we probably used a lot more power than last month
using power tools.
