[sudo-discuss] Board Meeting Notes

Thanks for the notes Max.

With regard to "Address Change" ...  someone who is familiar with nonprofit
process (sorry forgot his name, but is part of CCL I think) advised us that
since the "Agent" name and address is still valid (Matt Senate), that we
don't have to worry about changing the address until the end of the year
when we're supposed to renew our intent to be a public-benefit nonprofit
corporation with the state, where we can specify an address change.   By
the way, is this something someone is working on?  is this actually
paperwork we have to file every year (in addition to tax paperwork)?
Anyone a sudo-expert on this matter or should we consult the Nolo book now
residing on our book case?
