Hi there,

Proposals to the OMNI need to be put forward to the list in advance of the
meeting. The proposal that Don wants to go forward with needs to be
articulated to omni-consensus.

To be honest, I don't have the energy to put this proposal forward in
writing, and I have real apprehensions about it's disjointed nature, much
as I'd like to support you Don in your needs for your business. I won't
block it though if everyone else is in support.

I'm at an impasse for what to do in terms of putting it to the group, and
hope you all might be able to help or have some insights.

Thank you!
M
