[sudo-discuss] lighting in the ballroom?

does anyone know what the stage and audience-area lighting situation is in
the ballroom? (or if you don't know, could you point me to the right source
of info?)

also, still hoping to find out what the projector situation is in the
ballroom and whether we can use the same projector that we used for BACH
for the upcoming variety show.
