To clarify, Part I of the application states: "Provide the articles of
incorporation, including any amendments stamped by the SOS [Secretary of
State], and the corporation’s bylaws or other code of regulations."

Although the latest version should be on the wiki, I don't think this is
relevant for the state and federal paperwork.

In theory, this is due on Nov 7, although I've heard the penalties for
delay are not severe.
