[sudo-discuss] [sudo-board] URGENT: help finish state taxes

By the way, what Yar said, and I agree with, is that we have submitted
Articles of Incorporation, not the Articles of Association. In the spirit
of ONLY doing the minimum, perhaps we should just make amendments to the
Articles of Incorporation (addresses are ?s and only the minimum required):
https://sudoroom.org/wiki/Articles_of_Incorporation

In theory, since the Articles of Association can change, and they are
actually what govern sudo room, so it may be better not to submit them....
Although the latest version should be on the wiki, I don't think this is
relevant for the state and federal paperwork.

If it hasn't happened already, we should also gain consensus on the bylaws
and articles [of incorporation] before submitting them.
I believe Yar said we never submitted the bylaws because we never gained
consensus. Is there an expedited process for getting a decision on this?
In theory, this is due on Nov 7, although I've heard the penalties for
delay are not severe.

I'll be at sudo later today.
