Hey guys,

Regarding leaving 2141 and scoping out new spaces..

I was hoping someone could fill me in on what is really meant by deciding
we are officially 'terminating the lease' in Dec. ?

Does it mean we are definitely out of 2141 come Jan., ie, we definitely
dont want to stay at 2141? Has that been decided?

Or, would we have the opportunity to negotiate a new/better lease if we did
decide to keep on at 2141?

Re: a co-op purchase of part of 2141, what are the brass tacks of that
exactly? I..e, do we have however many tens of thousands I imagine we would
need for most mortgage downpayments? Is there some angel investor here I
dunno about?

Along the same lines what are our real-world options with respect buying
the church, or part of the Omni? Or are we just talking about renting part
of the omni?

Personally, I'd prefer to move, but move with BAPS, SUDO, and CCL. It kind
of seems like maybe we should find a good place to move to, and understand
what our combined budget is. if SUDO moves out without BAPS that would suck
for BAPS and also mean that SUDO would probably get a smaller space than we
would get if we combined forces, synchronized, and all moved somewhere
together (or mayber stayed at 2141 together, under more amenable
conditions). Staying together being the operative word to me here..
