[sudo-discuss] REQUEST FOR COMMENT: proposed changes to the Articles of Association!

Can we just vote on the proposal as is and treat improvements as a separate
proposal?  I don't think anyone has serious objections to the current text,
but it isn't perfect; nothing will be perfect.  Wouldn't it be better to
have this implemented than to continue to delay the process?

I would encourage continued discussion, but conclusions from that should be
a separate proposal, if only to simplify what we're trying to accomplish
with this process.  Do you guys disagree?
