[sudo-discuss] ATTENTION -- MUST READ

The other cool thing about using mjpg-streamer (other than not having to
store all the videos on a raspi) is that we can pull up vlc and stream
the outside from inside the space.  I'm going to bring in a raspi
tonight and try to hook this up.
