@Praveen: sounds similar to Beats Rhymes and
Life<http://brl-inc.org/ourmission> and
Youth Radio's DJ program <http://www.youthradio.org/about/youth-programs>,
though I think those are relatively well funded.... could still have more
interactions with sudo radio which would be mutually beneficial.
