[sudo-discuss] Downstairs Keypad is Currently Not Working

i think it's less him demanding it and more him telling hair kandi that
it's our job to ensure that it works so that when it breaks, they come to
us and ask why it's not working. any suggestions (or volunteers) for gently
letting hair kandi know that this is more george's problem to solve?
