[sudo-discuss] Robbed at gunpoint.

I was able to track him go around the corner and run South down Broadway in
front of the entrance. The time stamp indicates 1:46 AM, which I presume is
a DST offset for 2:46 AM as the approximate actual time.

I have some screen grabs as well of the actual incident occurring about 20
seconds earlier in front of the door way at 22nd Street, which I can
provide off-list as other individuals are also visible in that footage.

Details on the clothing from looking at a composite of images are red track
pants, and a white sleeveless jacket with red sections near the top.

I tried saying "enhance" over and over again at my computer, however the
resolution failed to magically resolve any facial details, and I don't
think doing a multi-frame composition will do much better.

There may be some additional first hand details to add to the description,
in particular height/age.
