Hi Eddan and Matt-
Happy New Year!
Attached please find the 1/2014 Invoice for The Sudo Room.  As per the terms
of the lease, there is a 3% rent increase effective this month (we decided
to wait until January instead of doing it in December).  The new rent is
$1545 a month.  
We hope to attend your event next Friday.  If I don't see you before then,
hope to see you then!
