[sudo-announce] wednesday dinner meeting

hi all, some changes to the meeting format:

1. dinner will be served - ray & i are working on this, feel free to
contribute :)

2. after the general meeting, unconference-style interest groups will meet
[previously this was discussion overflow & hacking away at action items].

3. the general meeting will consist of introductions, updates (fiscal
solevancy, groups, on-going projects, etc), and announcements.

4. if you would like to discuss something in the general group format, feel
free to add to the agenda BUT please solicit input on the mailing list
and/or through our smaller interest groups format first!
