Hi!

Sorry, but I really believe that we should be sharing such opportunities
as wide as possible with everybody, whoever applies and gets some money
is a win for everybody.

And based on my experience main reason why projects are not getting
money is not competition when applying, but lack of time and menpower to
apply. So spreading information about such opportunities as wide as
possible just increases the probability that at least in our social
network will apply.
