[Mesh] Meeting Minutes 2/21

[Jenny Ryan]

I'd prefer not to meet this Wednesday evening, as there's a one-off meeting
happening after the meeting re: hackerspace networking / travel program
that's been really hard to schedule. Otherwise Wednesday nights would be
fine. I'll be here on Thursday evening if people want to meet. I'm
particularly interested in discussing community outreach strategies and
iterating on the existing splash page.
