As with the amount of seed money your project group receives, I believe that the amount of equity the incubator gets is unique to the group.  I'm not part of determining these amounts, but to my knowledge the percentage has always been something like ~7% or 6%.

Hey Mitch. 
I don't see any details on the website about how much equity the incubator gets in exchange for this opportunity.  Do u know where that info is available?

Groups that are accepted into the program for their cool hardware project idea:
* receive some tens of thousands of dollars in return for a small percentage of their company
* live in Shenzhen China for 3 months
* get workspace and access to the way cool tools at the HAXLR8R facilities

The next 15 project groups (HAX 7) moves to Shenzhen (for 3 months) starting in *July*!  
The application deadline: *May 23*.  
Funding: up to *$100,000*. 
 
If you apply early, your chances of getting accepted are higher (less competition).  Your project doesn't need to be perfect (or anywhere close) to apply.
