[sudo-discuss] Replace Sudo elec outlets with GFI

Yes, what I mostly meant by upstream effects is that flipping the breaker
obviously turns off a lot of other outlets in Sudo and possibly breaks
others' projects.

I don't think a space heater was running, but I wouldn't swear to it.
