[sudo-discuss] Replace Sudo elec outlets with GFI

GFI's are totally seperate from circuit breakers.

they would not reduce the incidence of circuit breaker tripping.

old, defective circuit breakers sometimes trip at lower current than they 
are supposed to.  if it happens again we should figure out what the 
problem is.
