[sudo-discuss] lawyer engagement letter

Hi everyone,

The potential sudoroom lawyer Kyle (awesome person) has drafted an
engagement letter to get us started with becoming a 501c3.

I think it looks solid, but if anyone has any concerns, please let me
know. I do not think that I'll make tomorrow's meeting, but if there are
concerns, let me know and I'll communicate those.
