Apologies for the delay. I've had a think on the engagement letter, and
have decided to be ok with hashing it out in the open. It's very unusual to
do it that way, but I take it Sudo's not much into orthodoxy for its own
sake. Neither am I, frankly.

Can someone add me (@kemitchell) to the GitHub org? I'll put my proposal on
a dev branch in a /sudoroom repo and post a link to taxes at .

To upgrade the plan on Github, they require proof of 501c3 status or local
equivalent. Does that mean proof of our CA nonprofit status will suffice?
