[sudo-discuss] [CCL] Global Radiation Monitoring Network

I think we already have one of these monitors, as I have seen it around
CCL.  Funny how I can't find anywhere information about what kinds of
radiation they are detecting.  I gather that it's just X-ray/Cosmic stuff
and not alpha/beta particles, etc?
