[sudo-discuss] [sudo-board] URGENT: help finish state taxes

Another clarification: we have to have the envelope postmarked either on
the 6th, 7th or 8th. If we submit on the 5th or earlier we will need to
also submit an example budget for a year's worth of operation. The 8th is
the deadline.

I have volunteered to submit the docs.
