fair enough. Lets do go in with kindness and firmly bookend the memory of
prolonged lease negotiations - as recent as that was. I do think actually
that John and Mary will be kind to us, lets give this relationship a fresh
start, with - how did matt senate put it? Open minds and open hearts.

If possible, can we wipe / privatize John's personal email & home phone
number from the publicly archived version of this list? I keep forgetting
this is a public list.. Sorry, still not used to self-policing / censoring
my posts
