kegging is the way to go in everyway except having to commit to keeping 5gal of product refrigerated hooked up to a serving setup.  would be slick to turn the arcade cabinet into a beer and mate serving box of some sort, with a dollar bill slot and solenoids to meter out the vital fluids.
