Gregg,

Your proposal is a bit ambiguous - it just says 6pm without a date. Is it
free on the calendar https://sudoroom.org/calendar/ ? Do you want this
under the sudo room name? Are just wanting to reserve the common space?
Reserve the interior sudo space?

Generally it sounds like it should be Kosher as long as it doesn't
interrupt any other sudo processes. If you want an official blessing, and
sudo media backing then I'd suggest asking for that at the weekly Wednesday
General meeting at 7pm.
