This particular workshop is for women in science. Software
Carpentry runs workshops, many local, throughout the year where
anyone can attend as either a helper or a student.

Because of SWC's charge, the workshops usually happen at
Berkeley, Stanford, LBL, and other academically affiliated
institutions around the Bay Area.
