I don't think so. Sudo Room's current lease will be terminated at the start of 2014. 

Given the three month lead time to prepare, I think an initiative to bring the various groups interested in that wing of 2141 Broadway to coordinate divvying up the different spaces in that wing is a very realistic option. And as co-op owners, not as renters. With rules and policies determined by the collective group.
