[sudo-discuss] 2141 Broadway Co-Op?

as far as i know eddan is the only one who has spoken with george, one of
the building's owners, about the co-op possibility. eddan, can you share
any more info about what exactly george said (my main question is whether
this is just another one of george's idle threat type things that he just
says and never intends to follow through on).?
