[sudo-discuss] ebook creators for ipad and mac

I would be very excited if sudoer works could be (a) available in open
formats like epub http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPUB (maybe alongside other
formats) and (b) openly licensed using http://creativecommons.org/ or
similar licenses.
