[sudo-discuss] Putting "SudoRoom opening hours status" on the front page

There used to be an hackerspaces API implementation here:
http://api.sudoroom.org/status.json that you could update via HTTP (REST)
to show the current open status. The hope was to integrate that into
doorman.py (the inner door). Just never got around it.
