So sorry this happened to you.  I'm starting to be really glad that I have a shitty phone no one could even resell.  I guess that is one of the main things robbers look for, is the iPhone, since it's easy to turn into fast cash.  The same thing happened to my kid last week outside the Lake Merritt Bart station :(

Oakland is number one in the US for robberies now.
