Very disheartening to hear first thing in the morning. Very sorry that happened to you guys. Severely messed up and agreed with Sonja & Ray. Glad to hear you guys are OK though.

George Rosen, the landlord - has access to the camera tapes. He has offered access to the live feeds of the cameras before and would likely be very helpful in trying to collaborate on a solution that increases our safety.

In addition to regular law enforcement, it seems to me like we should figure out how to make use of the Blue Security ambassador folks. A 'red' button with a direct line to emergency services comes to mind, but am unsure of how that would work.

Again, happy to learn you're physically OK.
