[sudo-discuss] maker labs in public libraries

minimum kit would be having a really solid and enthusiastic partner at OPL
who would be interested in doing the institutional hacking to get approval
for something like this. i can think of a few folks at OPL who could fill
this role, so if someone is interested in taking this project forward,
please feel free to let me know.
