[sudo-discuss] Fwd: former pictopia building- thoughts?

I agree -- especially for a Hacker Space, which will have internationals
and out-of-towners coming through frequently, seems to me like the
proximity to BART is essential.  Even for in-towners, ease of access is
absolutely crucial to bring new faces to a community-run space.
