[sudo-discuss] Possible New Space at 1924 Franklin

A note on the smaller space is that it is set in stone that it is *not* allowed
to run water in/out for a kitchen sink, in the actual rooms. As such, the
space as a whole would have a very tough time accommodating bio  and
cooking stuff. Makes it a no-go for me.
