[sudo-discuss] new sudoroom dues survey: google forms edition (not reply to list)

I posted my answers to the list, and I'm not going to go to a Google
site that will probably stick me with some kind of tracking cookies that
can't easily be flushed out of my browser. 

Really: expecting people to expose themselves to being data-mined,
tracked, and otherwise bugged is not consensual and not cool.
