[sudo-discuss] Neatening up soldering area

thanks for doing this work Captain,

soldering stuff doesn't necessarily "belong" any place in particular, but I do
think it's handy to have a working soldering iron in places where soldering is
likely to take place.  That said, we have a bunch of soldering irons and
hot-air soldering machines and not all of them work, and some are better than
others.  I think it's enough to have just one good soldering iron at each spot.

if you find soldering equipment that doesn't seem to work right, or is too big
and bulky for the space it's in, maybe we should dedicate a shelf to such
things so that someone (maybe me) can fix the keepers and toss the turkeys.

and if you find "stuff" that you can't decide whether it's trash, ewaste, or
stuff to sort or keep, just throw it in a box and people will pick through it
until someone calls it.
